| The HR-EEO Interview Course is held on the third Wednesday of each month from 0900 to 1100. The HRO requires a minimum of five (5) students to conduct this course each month. If the minimum requirement of students is not met, the class will be canceled. This course is a requirement for all new supervisors and anyone who has not completed the course within the past three years. Once the course has been completed, the individual will be able to serve on an interview board for three years without having to repeat the course. Once the three years is over, a refresher course is required. The course will provide instruction on how to design and administer a point-based matrix for both applications and interviews. Additionally, how to assemble and conduct an interview board; with examples of proper and inappropriate questions that can and cannot be asked during the interview process, will also be taught.
